How we use your application information
HOUSE IX uses the business and contact information you provide to assess supplier suitability, discuss your application, check relevant credentials and, where you have confirmed permission, request references. Our contact address is houseixconcierge@outlook.com.
We assess applications and manage prospective supplier relationships for our legitimate business interests. Application information is sent through FormSubmit and delivered to our Microsoft Outlook mailbox. Please supply only information you are authorised to share and avoid sensitive personal information, identity documents, bank details and private client information.
We keep application information for the period needed to evaluate and follow up your application and resolve related queries. If a supplier relationship is established, relevant information is kept for managing that relationship and meeting applicable obligations. You can ask about retention, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information; some requests may be subject to legal exceptions. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and raise a data protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
This application is for supplier assessment and related follow-up, not marketing subscriptions. FormSubmit and Microsoft process information under their own service terms and privacy information. Contact HOUSE IX if you need further details before submitting.
