Can I make a one-off request?
Yes. Concierge support can be discussed as a standalone service without a property membership.
Can I request regular support?
Yes. Tell us which arrangements recur and we can discuss an appropriate schedule and written scope, subject to availability.
How are fees agreed?
Additional concierge requests start from £85 per hour unless included in an agreed package. The applicable fee, any minimum charges and third-party costs are confirmed before work begins.
