Does keyholding include alarm response or security patrols?
This page describes keyholding and authorised access coordination. It does not promise security patrols, alarm response or guaranteed emergency attendance; any specialist requirements need separate arrangements.
Is keyholding included in a membership?
Only where included in your written proposal. Handling arrangements, visits, availability and any additional fees are confirmed before proceeding.
