For homeowners and second-home owners who prefer a more frequent visit schedule, including during periods away.
Your agreed service
Your proposal sets out access arrangements, the agreed visual visit scope and how updates or concerns will be communicated. We confirm the schedule with you before onboarding.
Visual visits focus on observable condition within the agreed scope. They are not specialist surveys or technical inspections. Maintenance coordination, keyholding and concierge requests are discussed in your proposal, with inclusions and any additional fees confirmed in writing.
Indicative pricing, subject to a written agreement and availability. Repairs, purchases and independent provider charges are agreed separately where applicable. A membership does not automatically include guaranteed 24-hour emergency response.
